Civil Procedure — default judgment — excusable neglect

This appeal is from a judgment encompassing two default judgments entered for the failure to timely answer the complaint, see Wis. Stat. § 801.09(2)(a)3.b., without a showing of excusable neglect or extraordinary circumstances necessary to justify relief under Wis. Stat. § 806.07(1)(h) (2011-12). We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
