The Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau continues to go “above and beyond” to assist legal researchers. It just released a detailed video on how to research the Administrative Code online. The video helps the researcher understand the Administrative Code, how to locate prior versions, and explains how to perform historical research.
The Legislative Reference Bureau offers a few other tutorials that may be of interest, including “Researching Chapter 20 Appropriations” and “Navigating the Budget Bill.” While the topics are not necessarily page-turners, the tutorials are valuable when needing to conduct this type of research.
Another interesting video authored by the LRB discusses how to access a publication from their library via Google Books.
