Torts — dental malpractice

Robert Hammersley appeals, pro se, the circuit court’s order dismissing his small claims action and the order denying his motion for reconsideration. Hammersley brought the action against the Department of Corrections and an individual alleged to be the head of the Department’s dental unit. He alleged that he received inadequate dental care while in prison.

Hammersley fails in his appellate briefing to address the primary grounds for the circuit court’s decision to dismiss his action. He also fails to otherwise make a developed argument showing any circuit court error. Affirmed. This opinion will not be published.
