Torts — economic loss doctrine — fraudulent inducement

H. Michael Gould appeals a summary judgment dismissing his tort action. Gould argues the circuit court erroneously determined the fraudulent inducement exception to the economic loss doctrine was inapplicable. We agree with the circuit court that the exception does not apply because the misrepresentations were interwoven with the contract. Accordingly, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
