Sentencing — sentence credit — GPS monitoring

Nicholas G. Mistrioty, a pro se prison inmate, appeals from an order denying his motion for additional sentence credit. He argues that he is entitled to sentence credit for the time he spent on Global Positioning System (GPS) monitoring pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 301.48(2g) (2011-12). Because Mistrioty was not subject to an escape charge while he was on GPS monitoring, he is not entitled to sentence credit for that period of time. Therefore, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
