Criminal Procedure — successive appeals

Terrance D. Prude, pro se, appeals from an order of the circuit court, which denied without a hearing Prude’s latest postconviction motion. We agree with the circuit court that the motion is procedurally barred by State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994). We therefore affirm the order. This opinion shall not be published.

Dist I, Milwaukee County, Moroney, J., Per Curiam

Attorneys: For Appellant: Prude, Terrance D., pro se; For Respondent: Loebel, Karen A., Milwaukee; Probst, Robert, Madison
