Criminal Procedure — plea withdrawal — ineffective assistance

Jessica M. Zarling appeals a judgment convicting her of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and aggravated battery, both by use of a dangerous weapon. She also appeals an order denying her motion for postconviction relief. We reject Zarling’s contentions that the circuit court’s refusal to allow her to withdraw her pleas and defense counsel’s alleged ineffective assistance have resulted in a manifest injustice. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
