Motor Vehicles – OWI — reasonable suspicion

Steven Udelhofen appeals a judgment of conviction for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, as a second offense, in violation of Wis. Stat. § 346.63(1)(a). Udelhofen argues that the circuit court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence of intoxication obtained from a traffic stop because the officer lacked reasonable suspicion to initiate the stop. Affirmed. This opinion will not be published.
