Obstructing an Officer — sufficiency of the evidence

Earnest Lee Nicholson appeals the judgment of conviction, following a jury trial, of resisting or obstructing an officer. Nicholson also appeals the order denying his postconviction motion for relief. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
