Motor Vehicles – OWI — probable cause

The County of Winnebago appeals the circuit court’s dismissal of charges against Brady E. Bauman for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant (OWI) and operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. The court dismissed the charges after it granted Bauman’s motion to suppress evidence due to an absence of probable cause for his OWI arrest. We reverse. This opinion will not be published.
