Criminal Procedure — right to jury trial — waiver

Antoine O. Henry appeals a judgment convicting him of two counts of strangulation, two counts of battery, and one count of disorderly conduct after a trial to the court. He also appeals an order denying his postconviction motion. He argues that he did not knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily waive his right to a jury trial. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
