Motor Vehicles – OWI — reasonable suspicion

Susan E. Krueger appeals from a judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated as a third offense with a minor child in the vehicle, entered upon her guilty plea following the trial court’s denial of her suppression motion. Krueger also appeals from an order denying her postconviction motion without a hearing. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
