Criminal Procedure – ineffective assistance

Javier Reyes Otero appeals from judgments convicting him after a jury trial of three counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child and an order denying his postconviction motion for a new trial. We conclude that trial counsel was not ineffective and Otero did not establish that new evidence required a new trial. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
