Juveniles – TPR — failure to assume parental responsibility

Michael P. appeals orders terminating his parental rights to his children: Dasaveon P., Mickiah P., and Davontae P. He argues insufficient evidence supports the jury’s determination that he failed to assume parental responsibility. He also argues the failure to assume parental responsibility ground is unconstitutional as applied because the Langlade County Department of Social Services prevented him from assuming parental responsibility. We reject Michael’s arguments and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
