Trusts and Estates — capacity to sue
The Estate of Thomas H. Ertl (“the Estate”) appeals from a judgment granting dismissal on summary judgment of its complaint against Waukesha Memorial Hospital. We conclude that the circuit court properly granted summary judgment. Accordingly, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
