A Green Bay lawyer has been named president-elect of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Bob Gagan will step into that position July 1, when Pat Fiedler will take over the presidency of the organization from Kevin Klein of Phillips. The president-elect serves a year-long term before becoming president.
Gagan is a partner at Calewarts, Duffy & Gagan in Green Bay, a graduate of Marquette Law School and president of the Brown County Bar Association. He is on the State Board Bar of Governors and is a member of the State Bar’s Litigation Section, Administrative & Local Government Law Section and Solo/Small Firm & General Practice Section.
Meanwhile, Kevin Lyons of the Milwaukee-based Davis & Kuelthau SC was elected to a two-year term as treasurer for the bar. And Amy E. Wochos of Milwaukee won a three-year seat on the Wisconsin Judicial Council.
