Evidence – third-party other acts — right to present defense

Curtis Forbes appeals his conviction for first-degree murder and an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. He challenges the admission of a statement obtained from his wife in alleged violation of the Fourth Amendment, and the exclusion of other acts evidence relating to an alternate suspect. We affirm on the ground of harmless error. This opinion will not be published.
