Didion Inc., appeals a judgment dismissing its small claims action against Merlin Hauser and Joe Hauser after a fact-finding hearing. Didion argues the circuit court erred in concluding it did not have an enforceable contract with the Hausers for the purchase of corn. Affirmed. This opinion will not be published.
