Motor Vehicles – OWI — ineffective assistance

Lawrence W. Bielski appeals from a judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated as a fifth offense and from an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Bielski argues that trial counsel was ineffective for failing to file various pretrial motions and that the State violated his due process rights by knowingly permitting a witness to testify falsely at his postconviction hearing. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
