Criminal Procedure — successive appeals

Thomas Anderson appeals an order denying his motion for postconviction relief from a judgment of conviction that was previously affirmed on a no-merit appeal. Anderson raises nine issues, seven of which we conclude are procedurally barred and two of which we reject on their merits. Accordingly, we affirm the order of the circuit court. This opinion will not be published.
