Sexually Violent Persons — ineffective assistance

Eric A. Kerscher appeals from an order committing him as a sexually violent person under Wis. Stat. ch. 980 (2009-10) and an order denying his motion for postcommitment relief. Kerscher contends that he is entitled to a new trial based on ineffective assistance of counsel. We reject Kerscher’s claim and affirm the orders. This opinion will not be published.
