Debtor-Creditor — guarantees

Timothy Martinez appeals from damages awarded on summary judgment to Community Bank & Trust upon Martinez’s guaranty of debt incurred by Koenig & Vits, Inc. We affirm because there were no genuine issues of material fact barring summary judgment in favor of the bank. This opinion will not be published.
