Contracts – breach — damages

This case arises out of a real estate transaction between Charles Edlebeck (“Edlebeck”) and Paul Bouraxis (“Bouraxis”). Edlebeck and his wife Sharon appeal from judgments entered following the circuit court’s orders dismissing on summary judgment their claims against OJBFC, Inc., Bouraxis Properties, LLC, and Bouraxis (collectively, “the Bouraxis Defendants”), and Mawicke & Goisman, SC, and Attorney Paul G. Sherburne (“Sherburne”) (collectively, “the Sherburne Defendants”). For the reasons which follow, we affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
