Mooradian raises numerous issues, including the timeliness of the appeal; whether the circuit court properly granted a default eviction; whether an option to purchase expired upon the termination of the lease; and whether Mooradian properly exercised the option to purchase prior to its expiration. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
