Sentencing — discretion

Anthony P. Zink appeals from a judgment of conviction and an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Zink contends that the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion at sentencing by refusing to consider an actuarial assessment that scored him at a low risk to reoffend, even though the court identified protection of the public as among the primary objectives of the sentence imposed. We reject Zink’s claim and affirm the judgment and order. This opinion will not be published.
