Municipalities — building code violations

Ray Peterson appeals a judgment of the circuit court affirming a municipal court judgment finding him guilty of violating Madison General Ordinances (MGO) § 27.04(2)(a). Upon our review of the briefs, we summarily affirm the circuit court’s order affirming the municipal court’s judgment. This opinion will not be published.
