Evidence — other acts

Christopher Jacob appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict convicting him of physical abuse of a child and causing a child to expose her genitals/pubic area. He argues that the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion by admitting other-acts evidence and that the prosecutor engaged in misconduct by presenting it in the first place. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
