Sexually Violent Persons – discharge — evidentiary hearings

Kenneth R. Parrish appeals pro se the order denying his petition for discharge from a Chapter 980 commitment. He also appeals the order denying his request that the circuit court recuse itself. Parrish claims that the circuit court: (1) should have granted his petition because his diagnosis had changed, and (2) should have held an evidentiary hearing on the petition. We affirm. Publication in the official reports is not recommended.
