Criminal Procedure — new trials — ineffective assistance

Zachary B. Reid appeals from a judgment convicting him of first-degree intentional homicide and from the order denying his motion for postconviction relief. We reject his arguments that his trial counsel was ineffective, that the trial court made erroneous evidentiary rulings and that he merits a new trial in the interest of justice because the real controversy was not tried. We therefore affirm the judgment and order. This opinion will not be published.
