Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance

Elvin Vasquez-Ramos appeals a judgment convicting him of two counts of repeated sexual assault of two children. He also appeals an order denying his postconviction motion in which he alleged ineffective assistance of trial counsel based on counsel’s failure to attempt to “humanize” him to the jury. We affirm the judgment and order. This opinion will not be published.
