Contracts — dental services — reasonableness

Pete Kelley appeals a summary judgment awarding Wisconsin Dental Group $424 plus costs and fees for unpaid dental services. Kelley argues the circuit court erred by granting summary judgment in favor of Wisconsin Dental because there is a dispute over the reasonableness of the amount charged. Kelley also challenges the circuit court’s dismissal of his counterclaims for compensatory and punitive damages. We reject Kelley’s arguments and affirm the judgment. This opinion will not be published.
