Juveniles – TPR — failure to assume parental responsibility — constitutionality

James A. appeals an order terminating his parental rights to Dakota S. A jury determined James had failed to assume parental responsibility for Dakota, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 48.415(6). On appeal, James argues that § 48.415(6) is unconstitutionally vague. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
