Criminal Procedure – ineffective assistance

James Richard Crawford appeals from a judgment of conviction, entered upon a jury’s verdict, on one count of using a computer to facilitate a child sex act. Crawford also appeals from an order denying without a hearing his postconviction motion, which alleged ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We agree with the circuit court that the motion is insufficient to show that Crawford is entitled to relief, so we affirm.  This opinion shall not be published.
