2nd-degree sexual assault – attempt –sufficiency of the evidence

Pedro Xolot appeals from a judgment, entered upon a jury’s verdict, convicting him of four felonies. He contends that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction for attempted second-degree sexual assault. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
