CCW — constitutionality

This appeal is from a judgment of conviction for carrying a concealed weapon in violation of Wis. Stat. § 941.23. Little contends that his conviction must be reversed because § 941.23’s general prohibition on carrying a concealed weapon violates the Wisconsin and Federal Constitutions. I disagree, and affirm the circuit court. This opinion will not be published.
