Steven D. Slater appeals from a judgment of conviction of three counts of delivery of heroin. He argues that evidence of drug dealing obtained from a house that was not his residence was improperly admitted other acts evidence. We conclude that the trial court properly exercised its discretion in admitting the evidence and affirm the judgment. This opinion will not be published.
