Labor — duty of fair representation

Lance Davenport appeals an order of the circuit court affirming the decision of the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission (the Commission), which dismissed Davenport’s claim that Madison Metropolitan School District and Madison Teachers, Inc. (MTI) committed prohibited practices within the meaning of the Municipal Employment Relations Act and that MTI breached its duty of fair representation to him. We affirm.  Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
