Jolene Orlowski and the Labor and Industry Review Commission (LIRC) each appeal a circuit court order setting aside LIRC’s determination that the Town of Rome Police Department terminated Orlowski’s employment in violation of the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act (WFEA).
