Kevin Keith Ellinger appeals a judgment of conviction, entered upon his guilty plea, to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated as a seventh offense. He also appeals an order denying his postconviction motion for sentence modification. Ellinger argues that the circuit court erroneously exercised its sentencing discretion. We reject this argument and affirm the judgment and order. This opinion shall not be published.
