Prisons
Prison discipline; due process

Julian Lopez appeals a circuit court order dismissing his petition for certiorari review of a prison disciplinary decision. Lopez contends that: (1) he was denied access to information sufficient to prepare a defense, in violation of his Due Process rights; (2) the Department of Corrections’ (DOC) finding that Lopez violated DOC rules was arbitrary and capricious; (3) the DOC improperly relied on confidential informant (CI) statements; and (4) Lopez’s staff advocate refused to obtain evidence in violation of Due Process and DOC rules. We disagree, and affirm.  This opinion will not be published.
