Alan Borsuk is not a lawyer. He was a newspaper reporter who covered education issues for a Milwaukee paper. I question the Marquette University Law School for its pattern of hiring media types and giving them the imprimatur of the law school. Mike Gousha and Alan Borsuk, both are non-lawyers who now speak on behalf of the law school. Are there no lawyers qualified to speak to these issues? How about a MULS grad?
