Well, I read the blog and on the 4th a pre-trial hearing was turned into a hearing for me. I am in another state. No time to respond. Insurance fraud is to be dismissed with the judge’s rubber stamp, the order being written from the estate attorney’s draft. $700.00 of security deposit for section C of a policy for loss of use somehow is in the estate. It is in the paperwork and listed as additional payment from State Farm. It does not belong in the estate. Rubber stamping this makes me a court-ordered recipient of ill-gotten fraudulent funds. Not a good thing. And the estate has delivered a gag order on the pastor who will oversee a burial. Why? Because the same is in effect on other parties as to an illegal burial the estate manipulated on church grounds. My mother died in June 2007 when her house blew-up in Wauwatosa. Many wrongs do not make a right 07 PR 001198.
