Don Patenaude appeals a summary judgment dismissing his breach of contract and bad faith claims against Safeco Insurance Company of America. We conclude that Patenaude failed as a matter of law to comply with the terms of his insurance policy by refusing to submit to examinations under oath.

We affirm the judgment.
