Listen to this article

Donald Minniecheske appeals pro se from an order denying his Wis. Stat. sec. 974.06 motion seeking postconviction relief. Because Minniecheske failed to provide a sufficient reason explaining why he did not raise the issues in his original postconviction motion or his previous sec. 974.06 motion, we conclude that Minniecheske’s claims are procedurally barred by sec. 974.06(4) and State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis.2d 168, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994).

Therefore, we affirm the trial court’s order.
