Listen to this articleJoycel and Celestine Woychik and Paula and Mark Woychik appeal summary judgments dismissing their tort claims against the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and governmental contractors for injuries incurred when Joycel and Paula drove through a construction site. The department and the governmental contractors contend that they are protected from the claims by governmental immunity.
We agree and affirm the summary judgments granted by the trial court.
