Listen to this article

Sandra W. appeals from an order terminating her parental rights (“TPR”) to Ja’Twan W. Sandra claims that she received ineffective assistance of trial counsel, and that the trial court erred when it refused to allow her to withdraw her admission that grounds exist to terminate her parental rights. Because Sandra has failed to prove that she received ineffective assistance of trial counsel, and because the trial court did not err when it denied her motion to withdraw her admission, this court affirms. This opinion will not be published.
