Patrick Behrndt appeals from the denial of his motion for relief from the trial court’s judgment dismissing Patrick and approving the settlement as to all other parties. The issue on appeal is whether the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion when it denied the motion for relief from the judgment. We conclude that the trial court correctly exercised its discretion and we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
